At SummerMuff, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item, and we want to make it easy. Just call 732-741-3023 and we will send you the form you need. SummerMuff provides free shipping on returns if the product was defective, otherwise you will need to pay shipping to return your merchandise. SummerMuff will credit your card for the returned merchandise within two (2) business days of receiving your merchandise.

If you exchange your item for another SummerMuff item, call 732-741-3023 and we will place an order for your new item right away and charge you the purchase price. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.


Shipping Policy
Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to PO, APO or FPO boxes. We can only deliver to the 50 U.S. states. Our flat shipping rate is based on UPS Ground. If you would like to expedite your shipment please feel free to call us at 732-741-3023
